| The fastest bending device ever |
It uses the time-proven “bend first, cut last” automated method of processing that ensures all processed parts will be accurate whether you run one piece or a thousand. The system is also, by design, virtually free of jam ups that frequently occur when using the “cut first, bend last” method. Our bend first, cut last system also keeps the bent rule connected to the coil until the final cutoff process, ensuring no unnecessary waste of steel rule.
|
| Versatile bending options |
Various MultiBender AD models are available to optimally process 1, 1-1/2, 2, 3 and 4 point rules up to 2" (52 mm) in height and incorporate full inline rule processing of every major rule processing function. The optional auto cassette, shown bottom right, handles up to six coils of rule, depending on rule height.
|
| Quick change tooling system |
MultiBenders employ a quick change tooling system for bending guides, cutting holders and a new innovative “twin bending pin” apparatus that can be changed in minutes. By changing the bending apparatus for each rule thickness, the tightest shapes can be processed for all applications. The bending apparatus is specially designed to bend tighter and smoother shapes than any other bender on the market today.
